– Daily Posting of lockbox collections in the McLeod system
o Apply customer payment per remittance advice to corresponding system invoice
o Insure daily deposit per lockbox matches system posting
o Update unposted/pending payment application list for VP of Finance

– Interacting with our Credit and Collections team
o Write offs
o Account inquiries
o Various questions that may arise

– Various EDI invoice reprocessing
