• Set the extruder up properly from the Production Router • Correct pin and die • Correct compound • Measure the profile and center it so all sides are equal • Cut the tube to the correct length • Follow the routing guide as to the disposition of the cut tubes • Perform quality checks as specified on the process log sheet • Any other activities assigned by supervisor
