Leadership Team
Traci began her career with WorkForce Unlimited in 1995 as a Recruiting Advisor. She now serves as the Corporate Business Development Officer providing expansion and retention strategies for clients across 11 offices and 2 states. In her time at WorkForce Unlimited, she has served in on-site management, sales management and office management roles. Traci is passionate about community service and serves as Fundraising Chair for The Shepherd’s House of Mount Airy and serves on the Executive Committee of the Tri-City March of Dimes. She is also a former board member of the Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce, Mount Airy High School PTO, Surry SCAN and Relay For Life. Traci graduated from Montreat College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services. She enjoys time with family, exercise and volunteering in her community.
