In 1987, Surry Temporary Service, now Workforce Unlimited, was founded in Mount Airy, North Carolina, to help local companies meet shifting labor demands. We started with a simple mission: connect hardworking businesses with hardworking people—and we’ve been doing it ever since.
As demand grew, so did we—expanding industries, locations, and services to meet the real-world hiring challenges of today’s employers. In 2014, we became Workforce Unlimited to better represent our reach and capabilities.
