Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and the ability to build relationships across various departments. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities 

•    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

•    Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. 

•    Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. 

•    Assist with the onboarding process of the hourly employees’ orientations.

•    Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics 

•    Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for future leadership roles. 

•    Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. 

•    Participate in campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent from universities and colleges. 

•    Recruiting efforts on hourly and managerial roles within the organization.

Skills 

•    Proven experience in talent acquisition, hourly and salaried. Need to be versatile. 

•    Strong knowledge of human resources principles and employment labor laws. 

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. 

•    Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates proactively. 

•    Experience in employee orientation programs and health benefit options.

•    Familiarity with succession planning strategies to support organizational growth. 

•    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 

Experience

•    3 plus years of successful and versatile recruiting experience.

•    Experience recruiting for a manufacturing environment.

•    Organized, professional, and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.

•    Must have experience recruiting hourly and professional positions.
