Key Responsibilities • Motivating team members to harness their potential and work harder to execute projects. •The team leader recognizes each member’s contributions and encourages teamwork, sharing ideas, and building good relationships during production tasks. •He/she values the safety of team members highly and educates them on safety tips and procedures to follow during the manufacturing process. •He/she also trains them in how to handle emergencies that may occur and makes sure the manufacturing site is free of hazards, ensuring a safe environment for everyone to work. •As part of safety protocols, the leader ensures that all workers wear protective gear and clothing before going to the site to protect themselves from production hazards. What You’ll Bring •Basic mechanical work experience •Must be safety cautious •Strong ability to motivate, lead, and give direction to team members •Have good time management skills •Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with all members of the team from various backgrounds •Solid knowledge of machine capabilities and manufacturing processes •Exceptional ability to read, understand, and interpret production routers accurately •Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relate with team members and the management •Excellent organizational skills and profound ability to schedule multiple activities and resources for efficient and effective utilization •Solid knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices and procedures •Strong experience with machining or/and manufacturing process
