POSITION SUMMARY:
Monday – Friday 5:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Full Time, Overtime required
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work independently
Comfortable in a Manufacturing Environment
Ability to write a program (ladder logic)
General Machining knowledge – i.e. lathe equipment etc.
Participates in plant maintenance program
Assists with new installations and other projects as requested by supervisor
Works with Engineering and External contractors to plan and implement installation of New equipment.
Be able to read codes, blueprints and drawings
Have the ability to operate power tools and shop tools (drill press, lathe, milling machine)
Ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC Systems
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting skills using a multi-meter or other test equipment.
Understand and perform basic programming functions of robotic systems
Experience in programming and troubleshooting Motoman XRC and ABB IRC robotic equipment
Must be a self- starter and be able to multi-task and direct one self at all times.
Note: Other duties may be assigned as necessary at the discretion of the Supervisor
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs repetitively
Must be able to stand for entire shift
Position requires bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching
2 years experience in Industrial Maintenance or repair of Mechanical equipment.
