Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our Human Resources and Operations departments. The successful candidate will manage employee records, facilitate onboarding and training compliance, assist with timekeeping and payroll, and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee files, records, and databases to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy access.
  • Training and Compliance: Assist in organizing training sessions, ensure all employees complete mandatory training programs, and maintain records of training certifications. Monitor compliance with legal and company-specific training requirements, including safety, ethics, and data protection.
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes, handle employee requests related to timekeeping and payroll issues, and provide information on available benefits.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions, facilitate communication between employees and management, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and processes comply with company policies, employment laws, and labor regulations. Regularly review policies to maintain up-to-date compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across organizational levels.
