The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce high-quality components in accordance with production specifications. This role ensures precision, efficiency, and safety while supporting the commitment to quality textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines according to job specifications and production schedules Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Load raw materials and secure workpieces properly Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency Perform routine inspections and measurements using calipers, micrometers, or gauges Make basic program or offset adjustments as needed Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime if required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision work Work Environment Manufacturing and production setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment PPE required as applicable. 1st shift 5am-3:15pm Monday-Thursday
