Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of baggers to ensure high-quality customer service, including proper packing, greeting customers, and assisting with carry-outs.
Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with cashiers to maintain a fast, smooth checkout process and ensure, especially during peak hours, that bagging stations are adequately staffed.
Training & Onboarding: Train new staff on company policies, proper bagging techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Workflow Management: Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor workflow, and adjust staff assignments to improve efficiency.
Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the front-end, manage cart retrieval, and verify that all safety protocols are followed.
Inventory Control: Monitor bag supplies and other materials, reporting shortages or restocking as needed.
Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a cashier or bagger, with previous experience in a leadership or senior role preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (often 50+ lbs).
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, supplies, and workflow under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Performance Metrics
Customer Satisfaction: Measured through feedback, loyalty, and reduced complaints.
Speed and Accuracy: Efficiency in checkout times and proper handling of fragile/perishable items.
Safety Record: Adherence to safety protocols and low incidence of workplace accidents
