Position Summary: The Recruiter Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the recruiting functions and other duties as requested to meet the needs of the organization.
Essential Functions:

Request background checks

Assist in recruitment efforts

Screen applicants via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Contact previous employers to verify employment via fax and phone.

Assist in posting jobs in the Applicant Tracking System

Answer calls
-
Protect the security of information, data and files
-
Assist field management in the hiring process
-
Maintain confidentiality at all times
-
Perform other related clerical duties as required and assigned

Perform customer service functions for internal and external customers

Make photocopies, fax documents and image documents to Perceptive
Minimum Requirements:
-
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and / or human resources practices and principals preferred
-
High School Diploma
-
A higher degree preferred
-
Must have experience with Taleo and / or Oracle
-
Ability to operate under a fast paced environment
