Assembly Technician

Job Duties: – Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures.- Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.- Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies,6S principles, and safety regulations.- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.- Other duties as assigned.8. Job Requirements: – Ability to stand for entirety of the shift and perform repetitive tasks- Demonstrates physical stamina and coordination to handle a variety of components and tools with precision- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
