Line Lead – Box Manufacturing Company
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production line operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Assign tasks and provide clear direction to line workers. Monitor output to meet production targets and deadlines. Train, coach, and support team members on processes and safety procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure boxes meet company and client standards. Communicate issues, delays, or equipment needs to management promptly. Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and performance. Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve daily goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm , 15 min lunches , 3-10 min breaks
