Area is not climate control but isn’t a very hot environment, it’s a clean area where teamwork and being able to work alone is required.
DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• You will need great communication skills due to having to interact with team leaders and coworkers.
• Attention to detail is very important in this role due to filters being made in this role, must inspect every step.
• Will need to ensure product is placed correctly on box to then proceed with placing the lid.
• This is a slow and fast-paced position – removing box with product from the tray then placing an empty box on band.
• Repetitive movements – you will be doing the same thing repeatedly.
• Need to be open-minded due to them maybe having you help in both lines and other departments. EQUIPMENT/TOOLS USED
• Boxes.
REQUIREMENTS
• Lift, push and pull 50lbs.
• Being able to bend, stoop, kneel and be on your feet throughout the whole shift.
• Physical – a lot of hand movements.
• Not having issues with a smoking environment
