1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Our client is an experienced metal fabrication and manufacturing company serving a wide range of industries. They provide custom OEM solutions, prototyping, engineering support, and production services with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer partnership.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, torches, and plasma cutters.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for defects and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience with TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication techniques preferred.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
