Bulker Cleaner

Bulker Cleaner CFS & CNC: 1st shift 3 employees 2nd shift 3 employees 3rd shift 6 employees.
• Uses a JLG lift and Articulating boom lift.
• Must how to do LOTO tag.
• Safety Harness training
• Occasional wet and/or dusty environment
• Must be okay with working in heights (20 feet) or confined areas,
• Heavy smell of menthol
• Climb ladders to 2nd floor.
Inside the Bulker
• Vacuum pan and clean out transition housing feeding cross-shuttle
• Use a compressed air hose to clean cross shuttle and longitudinal shuttle
• Use clothes if needed.
• Clean windows inside Bulker with room water
• Use an apron when cleaning inside the bulker after completion of the task you must clean the tobacco of the apron.
• Must be detailed oriented to inspect after cleaning
Outside the Bulkers
• Blow off catwalks at the top of bulkers and diverter platform.
• Clean underneath conveyor belt (sweep/brush off)
• Sweep around Bulkers and aisles.
• Mop floor area underneath and around bulkers
