Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Shift/Hours/Days: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed
Starting Pay: $30.00/hour, based on experience | Overtime paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production employees throughout the assigned shift.
- Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the production floor.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily production priorities.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
- Coach employees, provide real-time feedback, and reinforce accountability.
- Identify and resolve production or operational issues quickly.
- Communicate effectively with management and other shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
- Experience directly leading employees in a fast-paced production or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of production operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Warehouse, material handling, and forklift experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to support changing production needs.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on leadership position requiring frequent walking and time spent on the production floor. Candidates must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and in areas that may include dust, strong odors, and temperature changes.
