Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery according to work instructions and SOPs
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and product quality
- Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery
- Conduct basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs
- Inspect products for defects, contamination, and quality compliance
- Operate sealing equipment and verify finished products meet specifications
- Weigh, document, and properly dispose of production scrap
- Complete required production records, reports, and system data entry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-controlled work environment
- Assist with training new team members and support other departments as needed
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6-12 months of manufacturing experience required
- Prior machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, SOPs, and work orders
- Basic computer skills and experience entering production data
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and perform measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to identify defects and communicate production issues effectively
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently
- Ability to work overtime as needed
