Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery/equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Build and assemble industrial-sized 4 ft. × 4 ft. boxes weighing approximately 40 lbs.
- Maintain a production rate of approximately 50 boxes per hour while meeting quality standards.
- Install and inspect box liners, apply labels, and prepare boxes for the production line.
- Move, stage, and organize boxes and production materials.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Follow all machine safety, production, and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and cross-train as needed.
Required Experience
- Previous machine operator experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience operating, monitoring, or supporting production equipment while meeting established production and quality standards.
- Must be comfortable working around moving machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding, production-driven position. Employees must be able to repeatedly handle approximately 40-lb. industrial boxes, remain on their feet for extended periods, and consistently maintain production expectations throughout the shift.
