Workforce Unlimited is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum parts

  • Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures

  • Inspect and ensure weld quality meets specifications

  • Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE and equipment

  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift , (2:30 P.M-12:30 A.M)
Qualifications:

  • Proven TIG welding experience across multiple metals

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents

  • Strong focus on quality, safety, and detail

  • Welding certification preferred but not required
