Job Title: Bander Operator
Job Summary:
The company is looking for an employee that can operate a mail machine and band envelops.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
•Operating 2 machines that are close together and slow
•Machines count and put a paper band around 12 envelopes
•Operator will learn how to change the banding material that wraps the envelope
•Operator must be able to operate both banders
•Operator will be putting the banded envelopes into a box once banded
•High energy, as this will be a very fast-paced environment
•Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
•Maintain a safe and clean work space
•Follow established safety rules and regulations
•Must be capable of lifting 30lbs
•Must be able to bend and stoop
