Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone systems. Assist with customer support inquiries and manage correspondence. Taking payment from clients on their current loans and posting payments Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Ability to provide outstanding customer support and maintain professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
