Job Title: Maintenance Reliability/Purchasing Associate
Shift/Hours/Days:1st Shift | Monday – Friday|7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Client Profile
Our client is a leading corrugated box manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Reliability/Purchasing Associate to support maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment. This position plays a key role in managing maintenance parts inventory, purchasing production and maintenance supplies, and ensuring the maintenance team has the resources needed to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage production and maintenance purchasing activities
• Order, track, receive, and distribute maintenance and production-related purchases
• Source and identify replacement parts using OEM and manufacturer manuals
• Maintain and organize parts inventory systems
• Set up, manage, and oversee maintenance inventory processes
• Administer work order systems, including distribution, tracking, and reporting
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team to support production needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within maintenance software systems
• Ensure inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed
• Support continuous improvement of inventory and purchasing processes
What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience with manufacturing parts purchasing and inventory management
• Experience working with maintenance software systems
• Strong understanding of OEM manuals and parts sourcing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
