Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ensure all dishwashing and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Take out trash, recycling, and kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal.
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks and restocking as directed.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
