Responsibilities

 **Will need own tools such as wrenches*** 

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, controls, PLCs, drive systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and power transmission systems. Utilize diagrams, schematics, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications to accurately diagnose and resolve machinery issues. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including lubricating equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. 


Qualifications 

  • Associate degree or industrial maintenance certification in a related field with at least 1 year of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  •  Experience working with 3-phase 480 volt AC motors and DC drives. Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors. Electrical experience preferred, including familiarity with PLCs and control systems. Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems. Willing and able to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
