About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven Industrial Sales Representative to maintain and grow sales in electronic, motor, and hydraulic repair services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving measurable revenue growth while supporting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting key industries and customers.
Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, including calls, units sold, and revenue targets.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding delivery and quality.
Negotiate agreements and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
Attend industry trade shows to represent the brand and expand market presence.
Consistently achieve measurable results through effective marketing and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in industrial repair services (electronic, motor, hydraulic) with at least one year in sales or account management.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial repair services and familiarity with related markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
