Workforce Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team in Thomasville. In this role, you will assemble products according to blueprints and quality standards, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not required. This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Read Technical Data Sheet, Variable sheet and general work order to determine the specifications.
- Retrieve needed parts for use in station assembly.
- Assemble and install sub-assemblies.
- Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Perform pre-work and post-work quality checks to ensure quality.
