Job Description:
The First Shift Metal Finisher/Grinder is responsible for grinding, blending, and finishing metal parts to meet precise specifications and high-quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, consistent quality output, and the ability to safely operate hand grinders and other finishing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grind, sand, and polish metal parts using hand tools and power grinders

  • Remove weld spatter, sharp edges, and surface defects

  • Read and interpret work instructions or blueprints as needed

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
