Experienced in Inventory balancing, cycle count, forklift, pallet jack, and general
warehouse inventory.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to obtain a forklift license and operate both a sit-down and standup forklift
– Ability to implement new processes that improve inventory flow

– Excellent oral and written communication across department lines

– Microsoft suite and strong analytical skills required
Adhere to the cycle count program and ensure consistency & accuracy and identify
operational problems in inventory.
– Ensure the production storage areas are prepared for the annual inventory.
– Follow processes and procedures that ensure the accurate and timely transfer of all
material in and out of inventory.
– Ensure the accurate processing of all picklists
– Receive in new stock to inventory.
– Reconciling discrepancies in stock levels
– Maintain database and spreadsheets detailing the various elements and aspects of
inventory.
– Adhere to set guidelines for ordering stock.
– Communicate with other departments as needed.
– Communicate with suppliers on a weekly basis.
– Pick orders for multiple shifts
– Follow departmental processes for allocation.
– Adhere to all company safety guidelines at all times.
– Other duties as assigned
Ability to stand on concrete for entirety of shift
– Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor
– Ability to pick up and move products
– Heavy lifting (50lbs. To 70lbs.)
– Flexibility to work overtime as requested
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
