Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Shift/Hours/Days: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all assigned machines operate safely, efficiently and reliably, to include routine mechanical repairs and service.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on all production machinery and support equipment.
• Assist maintenance personnel with problems pertaining to plant production and support equipment as needed and be willing to cross train.
• Responsible for replacement of parts used on jobs according to established procedures.
• Help to maintain parts inventory especially for critical equipment – notify supervisor of any parts used.
• Help to maintain a Safe and Healthy workplace by being organized on the job and cleaning up after a task is completed.
• Perform general plant maintenance as needed.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Assist other Maintenance Personnel with any issues to include shutdown work, projects, etc.
• Complete CMMS work order request in a timely manner and complete all documents pertaining to the request.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor.
• Problem solving and decision making
• Ability to gather and analyze all necessary data to make proper decisions daily.
• Ability to locate and use available information to solve issues.
• Collaborates with all parties to resolve issues.
• Effectively communicates both in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrates effective time management.
• Maintains up to date and accurate information including key contacts, lead times etc. to effectively resolve issues and properly escalate when needed.
