IT Tech position

hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing support on a tier 1-3 basis
The position is hands-on and involves handling computers and maintaining equipment on the production floor
Responsibilities include documenting all activities on the repairs
Ensuring stakeholders are satisfied& all IT tickets are handled in a timely manner
Current IT support function will be replaced
The hiring timeline is ASAP
Interview coordination is being managed between Jessica. Riley, and the IT manager
The interview process includes a panel interview followed by a one-on-one interview
At least three candidates with a minimum of five years of experience are needed for consideration.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
