Job Title: 2nd shift Laser Operator
Job Summary:
The associate is responsible for operating the laser machine and assembly. The associate should have knowledge of machine operating and assembly. The associate will work in tight fitting spaces. The associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for fellow associates.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
• Use and conduct proper care of PPE
• Operate laser
• Assemble parts
• Learn and operate all equipment within the work area (cell)
• Willingness and ability to train new/current associates
• Follow established safety, environmental and quality policies, procedures and practices
• Maintain work area and shop tools/equipment
• Maintain daily time records
• Job duties may vary by location
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications and Skills:
• Machine operator experience preferred
• Good communication
• Attention to detail
• Good attendance
• Committed to quality, safety and communication
• Team-oriented and self-directed
• Background check required
• Drug test required
