Job Title: Bulker Cleaner
Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm

Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment while supporting continuous manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a JLG lift and articulating boom lift to perform cleaning tasks.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure equipment is safely de-energized before cleaning.
- Wear and properly use a safety harness while working at elevated heights.
- Clean the inside of bulkers by vacuuming pans and cleaning transition housing that feeds the cross-shuttle.
- Use a compressed air hose to clean cross-shuttle and longitudinal shuttle equipment.
- Use cloths as needed to thoroughly clean equipment surfaces.
- Clean interior Bulker windows using room water.
- Wear an apron while cleaning inside the Bulker and remove all tobacco residue from the apron after each task.
- Inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Blow off catwalks located at the top of the bulkers and diverter platform.
- Sweep or brush underneath conveyor belts.
- Sweep bulkers, surrounding aisles, and designated work areas.
- Mop floor areas underneath and around the bulkers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, or equipment cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience operating a JLG lift and articulating boom lift is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures or willingness to become certified.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 20 feet and in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working in occasional wet, dusty, and strong menthol odor environments.
- Ability to climb ladders to the second floor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
