Set up blow molding machines—including loading molds, materials, and auxiliary equipment—for production runs.
Start up machines and continuously monitor output quality (weight, dimensions, finish).
Make adjustments as necessary to maintain yield and minimize defects; track scrap and rework materials.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards or specification tolerances.
Respond to machine alarms, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with maintenance and QA teams.
Maintain production logs, document shifts, report issues, and communicate with supervisors.
Adhere strictly to safety procedures, operating standards, and housekeeping guidelines.
Assist with shift handovers and team coordination to ensure smooth transitions.
