1. Machinery and facilities preventive maintenance. To include cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, and diagnosing wear points and high-usage points.
2. Troubleshoot and maintain all facility and production equipment including boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, air compressors, compressed air lines, vacuum pumps and vacuum lines, and production equipment.
3. Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
4. Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, hand tools and forklifts.
5. Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers, and specifications.
6. Maintain electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical knowledge via on-going training, industry workshops and technical reading.
7. Data entry for maintenance records
8. Assist in communicating with Maintenance Manager regarding maintenance activities.
9. Carefully read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly.
10. Strictly abide by safety regulations during manufacturing activities, keeping equipment in check to avoid mechanical hazards that could cause harm to operators and workers.
11. Conduct routine servicing of equipment as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions and safety checks.
12. Communicate with management to inform them about equipment faults and best maintenance techniques to implement for maximum performance.
13. Be knowledgeable with LOTO 480VAC 3PH.
14. Prioritize daily work orders according to their level of importance.
15. Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
16. Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.
17. Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
18. Any other task assigned by Management.
