POSITION SUMMARY:
Monday – Friday 5:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Full Time, Overtime required
REQUIREMENTS:
? Ability to work independently
? Comfortable in a Manufacturing Environment
? Knowledge of Machine CNC Type Programming
? Ability to write a program (ladder logic)
? General Machining knowledge – i.e. lathe equipment etc.
? General Mig Welding fundamentals
? Participates in plant maintenance program
? Assists with new installations and other projects as requested by supervisor
? Works with Engineering and External contractors to plan and implement installation of New equipment.
? Be able to read codes, blueprints and drawings
? Have the ability to operate power tools and shop tools (drill press, lathe, milling machine)
? Be able to Weld
? Ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC Systems
? Perform basic electrical troubleshooting skills using a multi-meter or other test equipment.
? Understand and perform basic programming functions of robotic systems
? Experience in programming and troubleshooting Motoman XRC and ABB IRC robotic equipment
? Must be a self- starter and be able to multi-task and direct one self at all times.
? Note: Other duties may be assigned as necessary at the discretion of the Supervisor
? Must be able to lift 40+ lbs repetitively
? Must be able to stand for entire shift
? Position requires bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching
2 years experience in Industrial Maintenance or repair of Mechanical equipment.
