Support daily operations at our facility.
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime in a fast-paced agricultural and production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production, greenhouse, and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
Diagnose issues and implement timely and effective solutions
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with tools, machinery, and preventative maintenance programs
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
