Job Title: Material Handler
Job Summary:
A manufacturer of industrial cooling coils is looking for a self-motivated material handler. This candidate will handle and prepare material for production and help load/unload material coming off machines.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
• Load/unload materials from machines
• they will need to be able to lift and stack 50 lbs parts consistently for 10 hours a day
• Handle raw and finished materials
• Maintain adequate supply of materials needed to perform tasks effectively.
• Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
• Must be able to bend and stoop
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills required
• they will need to be able to lift and stack 50 lbs parts consistently for 8 hours a day
• Team-oriented and self-directed
• Background check required
• Drug test required
