Job Summary:
Drylock Technologies in Reidsville, NC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our production team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of our diaper and other hygiene products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This is a vital role in our manufacturing process, contributing directly to the timely delivery of our essential products to consumers.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring proper function and making minor adjustments as needed.
Accurately pack finished diaper products and other hygiene items into designated boxes, cartons, or containers according to established procedures and quality standards.
Inspect products for any defects or inconsistencies before packaging and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure correct labeling and coding of packaged products.
Stack and arrange packaged products on pallets in a safe and organized manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Meet or exceed production targets and maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
