  • Submit necessary collection letters and repossession notifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Journal Entries

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 

  • Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn Leonard’s internal operating system. 

  • At least 1–2 years of customer service in collections

  • Valid driver’s license. 

  • Excellent organizational skills.
