The PickMod Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and moving Gildan apparel products to fulfill customer orders. This role requires frequent stair climbing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following all safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Pick apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.) using pick tickets or RF scanners
Verify correct item, size, color, and quantity
Frequently go up and down stairs to access inventory locations
Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 40 lbs
Prepare items for packing or shipping
Operate warehouse equipment such as carts or pallet jacks (forklift if certified)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Report damaged items or inventory discrepancies
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
