PickMod Pickers

Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently pick merchandise according to customer orders using RF scanning devices. Navigate a multi-level warehouse environment, including walking and climbing stairs frequently. Perform heavy lifting and carrying of boxes and merchandise weighing up to [Specify Weight Limit – e.g., 50 lbs] on a regular basis. Ensure the correct quantities and items are picked and prepared for shipment. Operate manual pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines. Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors. Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve overall warehouse goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
