Job Description:
The role of the Reprographics Specialist is to work collaboratively with the production team to ensure client requirements are met. The role requires tasks in the print shop, scan room, and mail center to be met including: printing and assembling jobs, preparing small and large scale mailing, scanning incoming mail and surveys, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of print/scan/mailing equipment
- Hand folding, stuffing, sealing and packaging
- Maintain inventory and order stock as necessary
- Upload files to Postal Website for each presort mail shipment, print postal paperwork and verify
- Prepare mail for post office – sorting / bundling / Banding / wrapping
- Maintain inventory on postal supplies
- Proof/edit/create letters, surveys, labels, etc. as needed
- Data merge
- Output work to digital printers/inkjet printers
- Handle money used for incentives
- Scan incoming mail and other documents as needed
- Prepare packages for mailing
- Handle, batch and track survey returns
- Scan and hand key respondent data
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Software Qualifications
- Scantron Scan Tools Prisma
- Scantron Design Expert
- Adobe InDesign
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite
- Prefer experience working with a digital press and mail inserter
