The Client is a long-standing, family-owned manufacturing company—proudly operating since 1933—is seeking a friendly, reliable Receptionist to join our team in Rural Hall.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Email invoices to customers and track confirmations
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Make follow-up calls to customers regarding past-due invoices
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
Take on additional responsibilities as needed and as the role expands
Qualifications
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
Ability to stay organized, accurate, and dependable
Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
