Position Summary
Detail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience of resort accommodations, ensuring all rooms meet the highest standards of luxury and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and cottages in accordance with resort standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
Ensure bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organization of supplies
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work (resort cottages and lodge accommodations)
Physically active role requiring lifting up to 25–30 lbs
