The Warehouse Associate supports outbound and inbound operations by staging, loading, unloading, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks and containers

  • Stage orders for shipment in an organized manner

  • Stock, pull, and prepare orders with speed and accuracy

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks

  • Submit shipment details including weights and dimensions

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

  • Assist with packaging and other warehouse duties as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

  • Time management and basic inventory skills

  • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and stand/walk entire shift

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexibility for overtime

Physical Requirements

  • Standing on concrete for full shift

  • Lifting, bending, stooping, walking

  • Repetitive warehouse tasks
