Job Tittle: Warehouse Associate/ Material Handler
Shift/Hours/Days: Temp Assignment for 4 weeks- 2nd shift- Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm- This position has the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity based on attendance, reliability, work ethic, and overall performance.
Client Profile: Our client specializes in woven and knitted mattress panels, border fabrics, and headboard materials, while also distributing upholstery and curtain textiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate an order picker to retrieve and store materials
Use a handheld scan gun to pick and track inventory accurately
Move short rolls of fabric within warehouse racks on a daily basis
Ensure all orders are picked and processed in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
Previous cherry picker experience required.
Must know how to use a scanning gun/RF scanner.
Ability to lift up to 80lbs
Ability to pick and place rolls at higher locations
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic
Self- started mentality and team player
Positive attitude
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
