JOB SUMMARY:

The Decoration Clerk works closely with department leadership and is responsible for printing paperwork, collecting production sheets, and entering data into spreadsheets or company software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):

• Prints order paperwork and distributes to necessary areas of department.
• Assists with department communications.
• Works as a backup to the Pre-Production Lead to schedule orders when necessary.
• Collects, scans, and emails production sheets as needed.
• Performs data-entry functions for department.
• Uses company software to monitor and/or provide status updates on production orders.
• Assists with other tasks as assigned by department leadership when necessary.
• May be cross trained in other areas of the department based on business needs.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Ability to quickly learn company software.
• Effectively compose emails as needed.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel operations.
• Ability to count and perform basic mathematical calculations such as calculating percentages.
• Ability to distinguish colors and textures of fabrics.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This position works in a non-temperature controlled warehouse. It can be hot in the summer and cool in the winter.

WORK HOURS:

• Full-Time, Monday- Friday
• Overtime and weekend work may be requested during busy periods.
