Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labor in production cells, including MIG welding

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on machinery

  • Maintain production records and ensure quality control within cost and safety guidelines

  • Follow standard operating procedures and OSHA regulations

  • Assist other departments and keep work areas clean

  • Identify and support process improvements

  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of welding and/or fabrication experience

  • Ability to read and understand English

  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
