Manages existing accounts, new incoming accounts, develop relationships to produces new accounts, quotes HVAC service, controls and electrical installations, and manages small projects. Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. 2.Develop new client relationships. 3.Work with Service Manager to ensure satisfaction of existing and new customers. 4.Work with HVAC Estimator to negotiate contracts, assess customer’s needs and sell creative solutions that sets CAS apart from our competition. 5.Work with engineering staff on HVAC and plumbing designs to meet the needs of clients. 6.Develop and present proposals to a variety of clients. 7.Ability to assist with RFPs and RFQs. 8.Report weekly updates on contract, project, and repair opportunities. 9.Develop and work with existing technicians. 10.Accurately prepares monthly sales and commission reports. 11.Responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing clients. 12.Layout and price small projects including new and replacement systems. 13.All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: 1.Experience/Qualifications Requirements: •At least ten years of related business experience in the HVAC or refrigeration field or related technical sales. 2. Job Skills: •Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication/interpersonal skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft software products and general computer skills. •Ability to work effectively with all levels of Service staff. •Must have a good technical understanding of commercial HVAC, control and electrical systems. 3. Education: •Bachelor’s degree in Sales or similar program preferred or 10 years of experience in the HVAC field. 4. Physical Requirements: •Employee is frequently required to sit. •Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. •The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. •Capable of climbing off/on equipment and ladders. •Able to walk construction job sites. 5. Special Requirements: •Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record in accordance with company vehicle policy.
