Be proactive, not reactive — if you notice a potential issue, bring it to a supervisor’s attention.
Follow the chain of command within the company. If concerns are not addressed after speaking with your immediate supervisor, you may escalate to the next level or HR.
We maintain an open-door policy, but employees are expected to first communicate with their supervisor to reach an understanding before bypassing them.
Must be certified in high-rise stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers as needed.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of warehouse experience (REQUIRED).
Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes, pallets, and cartons up to 25 lbs.
Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer terminal or screen.
Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
